What you provide
We collect your name, selected contact channel and its number or email address, residence or document requested, any optional message and payment illustration, a limited campaign-source label, and the time and wording version of your enquiry consent. Contact details are format-checked, not verified by an OTP.
Why we use it
To provide requested documents, respond to your property enquiry, compare suitable units and administer follow-up. This form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Requests, delivery status and staff follow-up notes are saved in a private, encrypted server inbox; an email notification is queued to admin@rapiddealsuae.com. Authorised Rapid Deals staff and contracted hosting/mail providers support this process. We do not promise automated WhatsApp delivery: a direct WhatsApp link opens a message you must send yourself.
Files and essential sessions
An essential, HTTP-only session cookie protects forms and grants access to requested files for 30 minutes. Browser memory remembers form details only within the currently open page; no personal details are written to browser local storage by this code. Rate-limiting uses keyed hashes of IP addresses. Server and mail-provider operational logs may also apply. Download previews can be viewed without submitting a form; master files require a saved request. Shared download access is not identity verification.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you allow measurement. You can refuse without affecting enquiries or files. For Meta lead measurement, the browser and server use the same event identifier so duplicate browser/server events can be deduplicated. Where supplied in an enquiry and measurement is allowed, email and phone are SHA-256 hashed before being sent to Meta Conversions API; browser identifiers such as _fbp/_fbc may also be sent. Your enquiry message and personalised WhatsApp URL are not sent to these analytics services by this code. Google and Meta apply their own processing once enabled.
Retention and your choices
The supplied system is configured to remove campaign enquiries after 180 days through its scheduled retention task; records are retained for up to that period for enquiry handling unless a shorter deletion request applies. Subsequent transaction records, legally required records, email copies and independently managed backups follow the company’s applicable retention processes. Ask Rapid Deals for access, correction, deletion or to stop further contact at admin@rapiddealsuae.com. Do not submit identity documents, bank details or payment instructions through this form.
